Sheldon The man with 1:54 800m credentials will test his strength at the mile distance. Like Seely, could be dangerous off a slow pace.
Central Catholic Another future Idaho Vandal, has great XC credentials. Expect him to turn some heads as he shows off his wheels in a stacked mile field.
Mt. Si sophomore has excellent credentials across the board. Look for him to hop on the train and snag a nice PB
Eastlake junior notched a 4:13 1600m a week ago in Bellevue. Comes in with great momentum and is a darkhorse to win the whole thing.
Senior from WA ran 4:11 a week ago in the same Bellevue race. He clocked 8:54 for 3200m down at Arcadia. If their is a favorite coming into this race, its gotta be James Mwaura.
Senior out of Garfield HS has a best of 4:17 over 1600m. He should be looking for a sub 4:15 clocking over the full mile
Senior from Rocky Mountain HS just clocked a 4:19 full mile at the Pasco Invite. He will look to mix it up with the lead pack and grab another PB somewhere in the neighborhood of 4:15.
