Crossing State Lines
The junior from Mt. View HS, has a 4:41.07 best. Look for her to make the most of her trip and set a nice lifetime best.
A junior from Rocky Mountain HS, was the Idaho 5A State 800m runner up last year. She has run 2:15.88 and 5:05.59. Expect her to compete very well in this tough field.
Another junior out of Glacier Peak HS, has impressive PR's at 2:14.55 and 4:56.49. Having one of the fastest marks in the field, we expect a nice race from the Glacier Peak Grizzly.
The senior from Garfield HS, with the best marks in the field. She holds 2:10.46 and 4:51.52 marks to her name, and she will look to use her experience to get a win in the Elite Mile.
The sophomore from Summit HS, comes into the field with a 10:12.91 best over 3,000m to go along with her stellar XC performances.
Another sophomore out of Summit HS, has a best of 4:44.21 for 1500m and was a key member of their XC team during the fall.
The junior from Summit HS, boasts a 4:37.90 PR at 1500m. She has excellent marks all across the board and will look to lead her teammates and herself to big performances in the Elite Mile.
Sophomore from Euguene, OR, will join her brother in the elite races. The Sheldon HS harrier has run 10:08.90 and 4:46.66 this year for 3,000 and 1500m distances.
A senior from South Eugene HS, has run 4:46.22 and 10:17.00 this spring. She finished 6th at the competitive Oregon Relays a few weekends ago, so a high finish could be in the cards for her.
A sophomore from Sheldon HS, will join her teammate in the race and look to better her PR of 4:44.25 which was set two weeks back at the Oregon Relays.
The senior from West Salem HS, has finished first or second in all of her races this spring. She will look to build on her solid senior campaign and better her PR of 4:42.81.
A senior from Crater HS, has come into her own during her senior season. Setting PR's of 4:44.1 and 10:13.00, she will look to have a big day in the stacked field.
The sophomore out of Crescent Valley HS, holds a personal best of 4:39.88 from last year at her district meet. She has not shown the same form yet this season, but we expect her to breakout with a big race.
The senior from Roseburg HS, will make the long drive up to Portland, OR in hopes of improving her PB of 4:36.38. She has great speed with her 2:14.22 800m best; we look at her as a dark horse to win the race.
The senior from Jesuit HS, will look to make the most of her last time at the Twilight Relays. She has run 4:45.83 this year and will look to better that mark on her home track.
Senior from Sunset HS, has been a great runner for a long time. With solid foot speed at 2:12.65 for 800m and one of the most accomplished resumes in the field, Griffiths will certainly be a factor late in the race.
The freshman from Jesuit HS, comes into the race having set a lifetime best of 4:35.65. She will look to build on that momentum and have another great race in a highly competitive field.
Sophomore from Sunset HS, has caught fire the past week. Setting PR's of 57.55, 2:14.65 and 4:34.82 in the last 6 days, she has as good a shot as anyone in the field to get the win.
A senior from Medford, OR, has had a great senior track season thus far; she ran 10:27.69 for 3200m at the Arcadia Invite and holds a 4:37.52 lifetime best at 1500m. She will be in the fight to win the Elite Mile.
Freshman from Sunset HS, has had an impressive freshman year. She was runner up in the Oregon 6A State XC Meet to Ella Donaghu, and she has set lifetime bests of 4:35.67 and 9:57.05 this spring. Expect a solid performance from Stratton in the loaded field.
The junior out of Barlow HS, holds a PR of 12.45a. She will come to the race with one of her teammates, and they will both look to set big personal bests.
The junior from Central Catholic HS, has personal bests of 12.40a and 25.12aw. The Central Catholic Ram will look to her 400m strength to help her compete with some of the best sprinters in the Northwest.
A sophomore from Jesuit HS, has not lost a sprint race this year outside of the Arcadia Invite. She has a 12.30a PR to go along with a 25.33a 200m best. Expect a fast start to help propel Colson to a high finish.
The senior out of Pasco, WA, comes into the race as the clear favorite. With PR's of 12.00a and 24.74a from earlier this spring, expect her to leave her imprint on this race.
The junior from Barlow HS, completes the Bruin duo that will get into the blocks together. Although she has not matched her personal bests from last year at 12.14a and 25.43a, she has shown good form and will have a good performance.
A junior from Union HS, drops down in distance from her usual sweet spot. The 400m stud has personal bests of 55.99a, 24.87a and 12.36a. Look for her to better that mark of 12.36a and be a factor late into the race.
The junior from Boise, ID, will make the trek over to Oregon to test her talents. The sprinter from Capital HS has not lost this year at 100m and has set a PR of 12.43 along the way.
The senior from Rocky Mountain HS, comes into the race with 12.45a and 25.78a personal bests. She has shown great range up to the 800m distance in the past, lets see if that versatility will help her compete with the best sprinters in the Northwest.
The West Salem senior, holds a personal best of 10.96a. Having finished first or second in all of the events he has competed in this spring, expect a competitive effort and a PR.
A senior from Jesuit HS, holds a 10.90a best from his only race at the 100m distance this year. The future Idaho Vandal is an accomplished horizontal jumper, but he will look to mix it up with the best sprinters in the NW on Friday.

The sophomore from Tigard HS, will step into the blocks with personal bests of 10.86a, 21.91a and 48.82a. The youngster has established himself as a clear contender for the Oregon State 6A 400 title; we will watch and see if he can establish himself as a threat in the 100.
A Jesuit HS senior, comes into the meet as one of the most decorated athletes competing. Holding school records of 14.18a for the 110HH, 36.68a for the 300IH and 48.16a for 400m, he will look to better his 10.80a from earlier this year. If he finds himself in the mix for a win, he might just break his school's 100m record of 10.70
From Redmond HS, has emerged as an elite sprinter this spring. The senior set PR's of 10.78a and 21.44a last weekend at the Summit Invitational. With a similar effort as last weekend, he has as good a shot as anyone to win this race.
Junior from Beaverton HS, is one of two nonseniors in the field this year. Holding a PR of 10.64, and only having one loss this year at 100m, he will definitely contend for the win. Expect a quick start from Albright, and we will see if his top speed is enough to hold off the field.
The senior from Rainer Beach in Seattle, WA, will make the three hour trek down I5 to test himself against the top sprinters from Oregon. He holds 10.66a and 21.66a personal bests which he set two weeks ago at the Pasco Invite. If the weather cooperates, we could see Wells dip under 10.60
